Nickname: Completely Optional.
Gender: MUST Be Your Actual Gender!
Occupation: Please Explain What It Is.
Age: Can Be Your Real Age.
Must Be Between 10-24.
Appearance: Here's A Place To Choose A Sprite (MUST Be Human! DUH!): http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/sprites.html
Also, You May Provide Other Pictures Of Your Character.
Also Describe What He/She Looks Like In Words.
Personality: BE DESCRIPTIVE!
Other: Any Other Details About Him/Her.
Biography: Be VERY Descriptive
Starter Pokemon: Choose One Of Them Of Off The List In The Next Post.
Also, Make Sure You Tell Me Its Gender.

AVAILABLE STARTER POKEMON
Squirtle
Charmander
Bulbasaur
Pikachu
Totodile
Cyndaquil
Chikorita
Mudkip
Torchic
Treeko
Also, you can choose another Level 5 Pokemon.
For example, you can tell me that you want to start out with a Magnemite.
I will probably not disapprove most of them.
However, they must be Kanto/Johto/Hoenn.
Sinnoh Pokemon may be added later.

If You Want You Character To Be Special In Some Ways, Perhaps He/She Being On An Pokemon Evil Syndicate Or Something, Tell Me When You Send The Form.
You Can Tell Me That Maybe You Want Your Character To Actually Work For The Pokemon-Police, Or Have Your Character Have An Exclusive-History.
Of Course, This Information Won't Be Publicly Viewable.
The Point Is, If You're Planning For Your Character To Have Some Event (Yes, An RPG-Event) About Him/Her Or Something Else To Happen, I Need To Know.
Remember, I Won't Always Accept What You Tell Me.
