Alright, so this is a little different from Breeding in the games.

Here are the two situations where you can breed:
1. Two Pokemon of the same species that are different genders.
2. One Pokemon and a Ditto.

You can't breed a Blastoise with a Squirtle.
Even though a Squirtle ultimately evolves into Blastoise, you can't do it.

Also, the Pokemon don't have to be the same Level, but must be higher then Level 5.

So just make a thread titled, "Pokemon X Pokemon".
List the two Pokemon.
(Remember to be RPing!!!)

A MOD will come (and RP) and say that your Pokemon have been taken in to care.
REMEMBER!!! That means these Pokemon can not be used in adventures until you come to take them back.
And, you can not take them back once you've made the thread.
(Like always, you can't come to receive the offspring and Pokemon if you are in an adventure.)

So once the MOD has posted, YOU post to say okay, and then wait.
Normally the MOD will come back after a day or two.
Now, the offspring (there may be multiple of them) will be at Level 2, and will have an Egg Move(as always, use Serebii to figure out what egg moves are possible) and whatever Moves they would normally have.
If there are multiple of them, they can have different egg moves.

The following is up to the MOD:
1. How Many Offspring Are Produced.
2. Which Egg Moves.

You CAN breed Neon Pokemon.
You CAN pair a Neon with a non-Neon, or a Neon with a Neon.
HOWEVER!!!
It is EXTREMELY rare for a Neon Pokemon to be produced.
So rare it is basically impossible.
Pairing a Neon with a Neon will make it more likely, but not very.
Either way, it is not common for a trainer to have 2 Neon Pokemon anyway.
And it is impossible for a Neon Pokemon to come from a non-Neon with a non-Neon.

So once the MOD has posted the results, post again to say okay.
The Pokemon and Offspring will be available in adventures.
BTW, if you bred a Blastoise with a Blastoise, the offspring will be Squirtle(s).
